- Interior Finishes and Furniture, Specifications & Budget -Coordination of Purchasing, Inspecting and Delivering specified materials
- Unlimited applicable site visits throughout construction, dependent on contractor progress
- Weekend and evening meetings available, at designer's discretion
- Full Styling and Curation service
- Access to the PD black book of vendors

A construction based service - we provide the documentation for you to execute the work with your contractor of choice.

- Interior Planning up until the start of construction
- Partial / Complete Renovations & Additions
- Phone meeting with designer/client during construction at client's request
